The researchers aimed to investigate the impact of anaerobic efficiency exercises on skillful and tactical performance young futsal players. study was conducted using an experimental approach with control groups, a pre post test conducted. research sample consisted 20 players from two football clubs in Wasit Governorate. found that training contributed improving group, use tools like Swiss balls rubber ropes had positive impact. also skill planning were effective group.
